For those that had started e “wall sit challenge” add 1s additional. Y? Imagine we are in a lil boat paddling against the current in these ataxia water. If we are contented with being where we are then we dun try to paddle harder.
But do know this…… if we remain at a standstill and dun seek a breakthrough in (time or speed) when we get tired or having a bad day or whatsoever, the ataxia water will just wash us downstream. The lil trick dat I’ve been using is…… paddle just a lil upstream each day. As a buffer for bad days or when age happens and when it happens, each and every lil paddle upstream becomes like a Einee minee tinee lil buffer against e relantless onslaught of ataxia. It’ll buy a lil more time for ataxia to wash us downstream to our starting pt.
For eg, starting pt at 20s here. (u are not alone)
if ur looking for that someone to change ur life?

So to everyone dun be too concerned with wats e next big move u can make. Think of the smallest step u can take NOW towards that direction.
We are just like newbie mountain climbers, standing at e foot of mt Everest dreaming of e summit. But not thinking of the climb……,
Y not just focus on each lil step towards that direction. If we summit, we summit, if we dun, im damn sure, we would be closer to e summit compared to being at the foot of e mountain…… so who else wish to company me on my climb?

We are all on different stages in our battle against ataxia. If our path crosses, do encourage each other to keep on keeping on. Not throw another pity party n start inviting more to join e party
