Our aim is to help our child, adults and families bond together while achieving communication success. At Magic Beans, our Speech Therapists are registered and certified under Allied Health Professions Council. You will be assured that our Speech Therapists have more than 10 years of experience working with children and adults. They previously worked in our local hospitals KKH and SGH. At Magic Beans, we specialise in helping people with:

There is an oro-motor workshops covering how to help children with oral motor issues. If your child has low tone, or difficulties with speech or difficulties chewing, drooling, this may be useful for you to learn how to use oral motor tools like the chewy tube, bite blocks etc, to help your child.

We are absolutely thrilled to share that Desiree was recently invited to be one of the Keynote Speakers at the “Convergence Pathways Towards Self-Regulation” conference in the beautiful city of Manila, Philippines, hosted by the University of Santo Tomas! 🇵🇭✨

It was an incredible honor to connect with so many passionate Allied Health Professionals, especially our amazing Occupational and Speech Therapists who are also very keen to help these children. The energy in the room was palpable, and we felt a strong sense of community as we gathered together to make a difference for our children. ❤️

During her keynote, Desiree dove deep into the complexities of Assessment and Intervention for Fussy Eaters in Children. She also conducted two hands-on workshops, creating a warm and supportive environment to help therapists further their skills in working with fussy eaters. It was truly inspiring to witness the collective desire to help children who struggle with PFD (Picky Feeding Disorder) and ARFID (Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder).

We were deeply moved to learn that families around the globe, regardless of backgrounds, face similar challenges with their children’s restricted diets. It’s a reminder that these issues transcend borders, cultures, and religions, uniting us in our mission to support and uplift these families. 🌍💕

We are so honored to share our work, expand our knowledge, and assist not just families in Singapore but also those internationally. This experience has ignited a renewed passion within us, and we can’t wait for more opportunities for collaboration and growth with like-minded professionals and families in the future!
