YIN & INK
A meditative afternoon of yoga and calligraphy

Enjoy a short respite from the hustle of daily life as we quieten down for an afternoon of calm relaxation on Vesak Day.

Release tension through gentle purposeful yin yoga followed by short meditation that will ready you for a mindful calligraphy session to connect with your inner child.

Be it self-care or a date with your inner artist, treat yourself to this opportunity to free the body and mind, and find beauty within your inner sanctuary.

The session is open to all, no prior experience needed! It will be facilitated by Catherine, an experienced Yin Yoga teacher and Michael, who is both a yoga teacher as well as calligraphy enthusiast.

Time: 2:30 to 5.30pm
Location: The Lighthouse at Everitt Road
Fee: $180 (includes your own calligraphy set which you can bring home)

Registration closes 8 May so that we can prepare materials for participants.
