Don’t need to suffer because of pandemic-

I am an accountant. Last year during pandemic, my medical report showed that the reading of my urine acid and cholesterol ar high.

I am worried because my dad was also a diebetic patient, till it led to kidney failure. During one of the amputation operation, he was in coma for few days. After discharged fr hospital, he cant take care of himself and he felt so sorry to burden his family members. He passed on one day due to heart attack after I showered him.

So when I met my angels, I decided to embark into the program to improve my health and prevent further diseases!

I was used to be called uncle and I have tried many ways to slim down.

After the 90 days , I slimmed down 12KG and my health conditions like urine acid and cholesterol back to normal! I am so much healthier and younger!! I am so glad that I have found back my health. I love hiking, I am so energetic nowadays and can heal faster than before after my exercises.

Uncle Tan was diagnosed with high cholesterol & high BP, he had been taking medicine for 20yrs.
Thanks to his son, who was a Nurse Manager in a hospital, introduced him to the 90days program.

What!! Im on my knee again?!!💥💥

I always consider myself as disable person before as I could not even bend down on my knees due to my knee problem!!.

Mr O has regained his health back!!

Doctor has to amputate his third toes due to vascular problem and since his job need him to stand longer hours his whole right leg swollen of water retention.

14 days during the program, his swollen leg susided and his wound on his operated toe was getting better!!

Now Mr O can lead his life normally and walk without using any walking aid!!

Alhamdulillah.. may Allah give him strength and rezki InsyaAllah aamiin..🙏🙏

After giving birth my 3rd child in 2010 my weight has hit 98 kg. Since then it has been stagnant n refused to go down despite all the workout that i had tried. I had surgery to my left knee before due to sport injury and was advised to reduce my weight or it will worsen my right knee too. My angel, Munira had asked me to join 90 days program after she saw me limping and had difficulty walking. I never give a second thought and straightaway join the programme. After 2 weeks of the programme, while i was doing my leg exercising my little girl climbed up on me and there i was lifting her using my right leg!! And without realising much i was walking normally without limping at all!!. Now that I had lost 10 kilos and lost 13 inches i feel lighter and healthier.
