Chicken meat is food that is commonly sold or eaten locally, particularly in Asia

However, if you’re down with cough, be it dry or phlegmy, you should refrain from eating any chicken-related food such as soup using chicken stock or chicken floss, chicken meat, etc. if you want to recover fast from any cough

Having experimented and observed for many years, there is definitely something in the chicken that clearly hinders the recovery of cough

Although not scientifically proven, recovery is really faster without eating any chicken related food

BMI may be in ‘normal’ range but body fat percentage may not be in ‘normal’ range!

The fact that BMI is only a tool to estimate body fat so as to check for possible diseases relating to body fat cannot be used as the only tool to gauge a body’s health because measurement of the body fat % is a key indication to the possible accumulation of health issues which can lead to chronic diseases such as high cholesterol, high blood pressure, high blood sugar, diabetes, stroke, depression, gout, etc.

Are you monitoring your own body’s BMI, body fat, visceral fat, subcutaneous fat, etc. to ensure your body is in ‘normal’ range that is deemed as healthy?

When our body do not have enough calcium, symptoms such as bone & joints’ pain may start to surface, resulting to a tendency of losing balance and falling down easily

The lack of calcium in our body will cause osteoporosis and osteoarthritis to take place easily

Intake of calcium becomes lesser due to lactose intolerance or IBS issues as our body ages
