This CNA podcast called "Work It" was very beneficial to me.

Wired Differently: Should You Disclose If You Have Autism is the title of the episode.

Wesley opens up in this episode about his experience and how his autism presents at work.

Wesley gave the following advice on working with or managing an autistic person:

1. An autistic person is wired and communicates differently from a neurotypical person.

2. Exercise patience if the autistic asks more inquiries.

3. Avoid using idioms and sarcasm, and be explicit rather than implicit

4. Invite the autistic person to lunch; don't push him if he declines.

5. Making physical modifications for sensory-challenged autistic individuals

6. Showing respect
