Every child has a genius.

Unfortunately, that genius may not be recognized by the educational system.

It may even be crushed.

One of the great geniuses of modern times, Thomas Edison, was labeled "addled" - mixed up or confused - by his first teacher.

He never finished school and instead went on to found General Electric.

Albert Einstein also failed to impress his teachers. They called him lazy, sloppy, and insubordinate.

He proved them wrong.

The point is the environment of our educational system is not always a good one for the type of genius many of us had as kids.

In fact, it can be constricting.

Most parents know that a child's true genius comes through clearly in the things their children dream about…

The ideas and things that delight, fascinate, and challenge them…

And yes, in the rules that they break.

Traditionally, it was thought the educational system would develop and nurture genius...

But it seems the only system in schools is bent on breaking dreams…

Instead, they are focused on teaching pupils to follow conventional rules for success, replacing dreams with the old American dream of getting a good job.

Today is the day to change
all of that conventional thinking.

Why?

Because the old rules for starting a business no longer apply!

Now you can start a business from scratch with almost no risk.

How is this possible?

Would you rather sell a low ticket item to lots of people or a high ticket item to a low number of people.

I hear that with high ticket items customers complain less and generally have more money but you have to deliver more value.

Example if you are selling a spoon worth 10$ it's a one off transaction vs selling 3 month coaching where you have to fulfill your service.

Cons with selling low ticket is that you will have very low profit margins after advertising costs and also customers who have low amounts of money generally will complain more and wants refunds.

What would you choose : high ticket or low ticket and why?

So a coach told me to look at these two words : Price vs Prize.

And I taught to myself,"Is he testing my English ah?" 🤣
(Well, of course not lah)

He said,"Take for example Ferrari. One group of people will focus on the price tag and go, its too expensive, I can't afford it. Another group of people will go, I am going to get the prize, no matter the tag."

So this coach said,"Price is negative, Prize is positive."

And he asked,"Which one are you focussing on?"

And he said this :
"What you choose to focus on becomes your reality." - Jen Sincero #1 New York Times bestselling author.

(Don't ask me about what third group of people think hor 🤣)

Anyway, something for you to ponder over.......

With 17 days left to 2022, which one will you focus on in the new year - Price or Prize?

Someone asked me how much have you made?
I thought for a bit … and said
“Well, what’s interesting is I am still getting paid for the work I have done in the last few years and I still have income waiting for me in the next few years. Is that good or good?”

Just got paid! (again)

But made no mistake - I worked my “a**” off those few years and staked my life on it.

Most have the first bucket, some also the second bucket ….not many the third bucket.

Thankful for God’s showing me that I need to change few years back, learn new things and industry and pivot to stay relevant in a fast changing world, in order to be able to reap the rewards.

Most importantly now, it’s helping people to do the same.

Just got the best news today that really made our day in our business community!

A business partner’s boy just got his latest medical report and a tumour had shrunk 70% in just a short span of time!!!

That’s upon recommendation of our business director cm certified nutritionist , who recently just got Covid cos was having hotpot with family, and got it through son’s gf.

She has been studying it for weeks , so that to understand more and when she got it, she started a natural regime and within first day, she felt good though she is still observing her ten day I.O. But no loss of smell whatsoever as others warned her. A-okay now and her usual energy bunny.

What more could we ask for - quality of life!

It’s been a crazy yet fulfilling and exciting six months since we began our blue ocean business this year!

So many of such online business meetings Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Germany, India, USA, Hong Kong, China and tonight , one to Romania! Some I couldn’t even squeeze into this collage 😂

Couldn’t agree more with Simon Sinek,”It’s better to have a great team than to have a team of greats!”

Love teamwork, cos in a team working together, ego and individuality have no stand.

As a team, as a fam, we grow and progress together.

Thank you for everyone for making this such an enjoyable journey!
