is not just coaching you how to eat and what to eat, it’s also about taking care of your mental health. Stress & anxiety is not just a feeling, it triggers hormonal & chemical changes in your body that will in turn benefits you for short term but harm your health in the long term. For example when you are feeling stressed, your body prepares you to counter “flight & fright” situation by excreting hormones that will supply more glucose in ur blood so that you can hv immediate energy to run away, but if we are just sitting on our work desk feeling the stress, the extra energy will be repackaged into fats to be stored in ur belly. In short, your “stress” has caused “ belly fats”!!!! Then how do we counter the feeling of “stress”? …we hv to learn mindfulness, breathing, and positive self-talk, …. and exercise to get rid of the excess energy at the end of the day .
