And since we’re on the topic of drinking water, the quality of water you drink also matters.

🌎In Singapore, tap water is often considered safe to drink. But that doesn’t mean your body necessarily absorbs it well.

🔮Water molecules need to be refined into tiny molecules in order for your body to absorb effeciently. Tap water molecules are often large and unrefined.

🔎So where can you find water that is properly refined into smaller molecules?

🤚If you’re out and about, opt for distilled water instead of mineral water.

✨Filtered water is also a better choice compared to tap water, as harmful substances like chlorine are removed.
