《清蒸鱈魚》
😋Nutritious Dish for and

1: Dry the surface of Cod fish and marinate with cooking wine, black pepper and a little sea salt for 30 mins.
2: Prepare shredded onion, ginger, green pepper and red pepper. Then steam for 10 mins and drain off excess water.
3: Add light soy sauce, dark sauce, steamed fish soy sauce, sugar, cooking wine and water (water portion is twice of sauce). Add hot oil onto steamed Cod fish will bring out fragrance better and remove remaining fishy smell. Easy to learn. Try it!

1:鱈魚擦干表面水分,用料酒,黑胡椒,少許海鹽,醃製30分鐘
2:準備蔥絲,生薑,青辣椒,紅辣椒,上鍋蒸10分鐘,蒸熟之後把多餘水分倒掉
3:生抽,老抽,蒸魚豉油,糖,料酒,和水,水是料汁的兩倍,燒開熱油淋在上面爆香,這樣做一點都不會腥哦,一学就会,快去试试吧😊😋

《竹筍炒臘肉》

1: Slice bacon and cook in boiling water for 3 to 4 minutes to reduce saltiness.
2: Slice bamboo shoots and put aside. Prepare ginger, garlic and tabasco pepper. Stir-fry till fragrant. Add bacon to stir fry. And then add bamboo shoots. Add some water to that taste from bacon and bamboo shoots can blend better. Add oyster sauce for better flavour. Sprinkle spring onion before serving! Authentic Cantonese style bacon is ready!

1:臘肉切片,在沸水里煮3到5分鐘,減少臘肉的鹹味
2:竹筍切片,準備好姜,蒜,小米辣,爆鍋炒出香味,再加臘肉翻炒,最後加入竹筍,加入適量清水,可以把臘肉的鹽味跟竹筍融合,加點耗油提鮮就可以了,出鍋前撒上蔥花,一道正宗的广式臘肉就做好啦👍👍👍

🐔🌶 SGD 3 only!《椒麻鸡》食材$3新幣🌶🐔

1: Place Chicken Breast into pot with cold water. Add cooking wine, ginger and peppercorn. Cook with medium heat.
2: Soak cooked chicken in iced water for 5 mins.
3: Mix garlic, ginger and sesame seed. Drizzle with hot oil. Then add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, salt and lemon juice. Stir well.
4: Cut the chicken and place onto plate. Drizzle the sauce over. Garnish with spring onion and parsley! Appetizing dish😋!

1:鸡胸肉冷水下鍋,放料酒,生姜,花椒,燒開轉中火煮熟
2:鸡肉撈出放入冰水中浸泡五分鐘
3:蒜,姜,芝麻,辣椒面,淋上熱油,加入生抽,耗油,白糖,鹽,柠檬汁,攪拌均勻。
4:鸡肉切塊擺盤,淋上醬汁,加上葱花,香菜

🐔 All ingredients SGD 5 only!《秘制柠檬蒜香烤鸡翅》所有食材$5新币🐔

Recipe to fight :
1️⃣ Wash Chicken Wings (slice a little for better flavour absorption). Slice Garlic. Add 2 tablespoon of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon cooking wine, 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce, little salt, some honey. Finally, mix well with Olive Oil and marinate for 1 hour ⏰️
2️⃣ Lay out marinated Chicken Wings and add lemon slices on top. Preheat oven to 200 degrees (top and bottom heat) and grill for 20 mins. Turn Chicken Wings and grill for another 10 mins. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped parsley!

1️⃣ 鸡翅洗干净,划几刀更入味,大蒜🧄切片,加入两勺生抽,一勺料酒,一勺老抽,适量盐,加入少许蜂蜜,最后加入橄榄油,搅拌均匀,腌制1小时
2️⃣ 腌制好鸡翅膀,上面放好柠檬,烤箱预热,200度上下火烤20分钟之后翻面,再烤10分钟即可,撒上芝麻,欧芹碎,好吃到舔手指😋😋

😋🍳Healthy Breakfast: 《生菜蛋烧》一分钟搞定的减脂,减肥营养早餐🍳😋

1: Prepare 3 eggs (separate egg yolk). Shred Lettuce and add egg white to shredded lettuce with black pepper and salt.
2: Add Olive Oil to pan, fry lettuce mixture and roll it up.
3. Pour egg yolk to pan, fry to omelette and roll it with lettuce. Add some sauce to your liking.

1:准备三粒鸡蛋,蛋清与蛋黄分离,生菜切丝,加入三个蛋清,黑胡椒适量盐调味
2:锅中倒入橄榄油,把生菜煎成饼卷起
3:倒入蛋液,卷成蛋烧形状,淋上自己喜欢的酱料即可😋😋😋

🔴😋《红枣糕》🔴😋

1: Prepare Seedless Red Dates (Cut) and 100g Brown Sugar
2: Add Milk to Red Dates and Stir. Once mixture is well-mixed, add Brown Sugar.
3: Add Eggs to mixture and grind with Grinder.
4: Once grinded, add 3g of yeast powder, 120g of low-gluten flour. Stir and ferment for 30 mins.
5: Prepare Cake Mould with Baking Paper. Pour mixture into mould and add Sesame Seed. Preheat oven to 180 degree and bake for 30mins. Healthy Red Dates Cake is done❗️

1:准备无核红枣切碎,100克红糖
2:加入牛奶搅拌,加入红糖至融化,搅拌均匀
3:加入鸡蛋,装进破壁机搅碎
4:加入酵母粉3克,低筋面粉120克,搅拌发酵30分钟
5:模具铺好吸油纸,把发好的面倒进去,撒上芝麻,烤箱预热180度30分钟即可享受美食啦❗️

🥪Japanese Potato Salad Sandwich《日式土豆泥沙拉三明治》🥪

Sharing a simple 5-step recipe:
1️⃣ Cook 2 eggs🥚, 2 potatos🥔 & 1 carrot🥕
2️⃣ Marinate sliced cucumber🥒 and onion🧅 with salt
3️⃣ Add chopped carrot, potato, and eggs to marinated cucumber and onion
4️⃣ Add salad sauce and black pepper. Then spread evenly to sandwich.
5️⃣ Toast the sandwich to bring out the the fragrance!!!

1️⃣煮两粒鸡蛋,两粒土豆🥔一根胡萝卜🥕
2️⃣黄瓜🥒和洋葱🧅加盐腌制,沥干水分
3️⃣胡萝卜,土豆,鸡蛋捣碎加入腌好的黄瓜和洋葱
4️⃣加入沙拉酱,黑胡椒,均匀的涂抹在吐司上
5️⃣吐司最好烤一下更香哦!😋😋😋

《海南椰子鸡》

1) Prepare Chicken Drumstick, Cordyceps, Wolfberry, Coconut
2) Cut Coconut Flesh and add with Chicken Drumstick, Cordyceps to Stew Pot
3) Add Coconut Water and Clear Water at 1:1 portion and stew for 1 hour ⏰️
4) Once done, add wolfberry and some salt
5) Nice and healthy soup is done!

椰肉切成丝,倒入炖盅
加入椰子水和清水1:1比例炖煮1小时
煮好之后加入枸杞和适量盐调味
