Standing Separate Leg Head to Knee Pose (Dandayamana Bibhaktapada Janushirasana) is one of the posture in the Bikram HOT90 sequence.

🔥hot tips🔥:

1. The chin must stay on the throat from start to finish in order to get the required flexion of the spine.

2. ⁠Back foot must be placed at 45 degrees to ensure there is no twisting at the knee joint

3. ⁠Avoid looking at the front knee, instead continuously look up towards your stomach

4. ⁠If the forehead is not touching the knee yet, you can:
- take a bigger stance
- ⁠bend the front leg
- ⁠push your fingertips against the floor on either side of your foot to help slide the forehead closer to the knee

5. It is very common for the forehead not to touch the knee, but as long as you follow the tips you are getting the required maximum front side compression.
