本公司近日被刊登于报章之上。这并非我们所期望的方式，但却是在别无选择之下，为自身及整个殡葬行业发声的决定。
Our company was recently featured in a newspaper report. This was not our preferred course of action, but a necessary step taken in the absence of alternatives, to speak up for ourselves and for the funeral service industry as a whole.

近期，我们在大厦内遭到部分业主以“晦气”“不吉利”等带有偏见的标签对待，甚至因此被排斥与边缘化。这些看法并未基于事实，也忽略了我们作为合法、合规经营企业所秉持的专业与责任。在相关决定作出前，我们亦未获得公平沟通与解释的机会。
Recently, we were subjected to stigmatizing labels such as “inauspicious” and “unlucky” by certain building occupants, resulting in exclusion and marginalisation. These views were not grounded in facts and disregarded our professionalism and responsibilities as a fully licensed and compliant business. Regrettably, no fair opportunity for dialogue or clarification was extended to us prior to such actions.

我们郑重向公众澄清：我们并非制造不安的一方。我们只是在丧家最悲痛的时刻，陪伴他们，为亲人妥善完成最后一程。
We wish to state clearly that we do not create discomfort or unease. Our role is to support bereaved families during their most difficult moments and to help them honour their loved ones with dignity.

殡葬行业并非“晦气”的代名词，而是一份承载尊重、责任与人性的工作。若连这样一项对社会不可或缺的服务都遭到歧视与误解，这对任何多元社会而言，都是令人遗憾的。
The funeral service profession is not a symbol of misfortune, but one founded on respect, responsibility, and humanity. Discrimination against such an essential service reflects a regrettable misunderstanding in a diverse and inclusive society.

我们选择透过媒体发声，并非制造对立，而是希望社会正视刻板印象所带来的不公，给予殡葬业者应有的理解、尊重与公道。
By speaking through the media, our intention is not to create conflict, but to call for awareness and fairness, and for funeral service providers to be treated with the understanding, respect, and dignity they deserve.

And today, on her graduation day, the family carried her cremains with trembling love, bringing her back to the very place she had chosen for herself… a place where her final wish could come true, and where her love continues to stay.

今天，我们陪伴着一个家庭，完成他们挚爱母亲的骨灰安奉。女儿告诉我们一件令人动容的事——这个骨灰安置位，是母亲生前亲自走来、亲自感受、亲自选下的地方。
