While Carob Granola has been the best seller for two years and is baked with honey, some customers have requested for a no honey option and hence the birth of Carob Muesli with no honey added, additional sunflower seeds and sweetened with extra dried cranberries and raisins. A customer ordered two packs of Carob Granola without pink Himalayan salt and honey. I wondered how that will turn out initially. It turned out to be pretty crispy muesli 😆 I enjoyed the left overs to myself with a cup of soy milk. That’s one of the beauties of home business. You can customize it the way you like it to your liking. Hmm I actually like this muesli too. Should I make this as another variety …. carob muesli for sale?

We are back and refreshed from family vacation! I was so glad that I brought along the homemade ikan bilis powder for our 3 week plus trip overseas. Our two kids and us were down with diarrhoea and vomiting for 5 days and we were surviving on porridge and ikan bilis powder in our air B&B. We were inland where there is no seafood and ikan bilis powder really help us miss the taste of home so much. We even made Mee Hoon Kueh for our guests there with ikan bilis powder! Hi all! Kitchen will be closed from 14 May to 10 June as I’m going for a family vacation. Travelling with two young kids to a faraway place with new food and culture is both exciting and challenging. My kids snack a lot and it can be challenging eating healthily when we travel. I remembered how they ate the Carob Granola for many nights of supper and breakfast in our last travel. I will remember to pack that in again this time! Do order this week if you want to stock up some granolas for May!
