Longest ride I’ve ever done, 92km 🚴‍♀️🔥

Pushed past my limits yesterday with my Metamates from Metasport Triathlon Club. Quads were burning, legs were done — but their cheering kept me going. I honestly wouldn’t have made it alone.

That’s the power of a tribe. Train together, go further 💛

Today’s win wasn’t the run.
It was who was next to me.

My 14-year-old daughter. 🏃‍♀️❤️

As a PT and a mum, moments like this remind me why I do what I do.
Because habits aren’t taught with words…
they’re built through what we live and share.

Running side by side today meant more than any workout. 🏃‍♀️❤️

Lead by example.
That’s what stays.

60km with my tribe , perfect weather, great energy — and the real win: ending the ride with coffee and breakfast together.
Wouldn’t trade that for anything ☕️💙

10km along the river, legs felt strong, rhythm is coming back.
Simple run. Solid effort. Good start to the day along the Singapore River. 🏃‍♀️☀️

Rainy season in Singapore☔️… so when the sun shows up, you don’t waste it ☀️

Yesterday’s mini-duathlon: bike → run → bike, cruising around and through the Botanic Gardens.
Even after 11 years in Singapore, I still managed to get lost in there 😄

Monitor lizards sunbathing, beautiful trees everywhere, and that feeling of moving outdoors 💚

Training myself never stops — just enjoying it a little extra when nature joins in 🚴‍♀️🏃‍♀️🌿

This week’s highlights: a 15km Sunday long run followed by a well-deserved BBQ with the MetaSport crew, a 2.5km swim on Wednesday, and a 45km road ride on Thursday 🚴‍♀️🏊‍♀️🏃‍♀️

When it’s your birthday and you just feel like wearing something shiny!
2 days ago, started the day the best way possible — an outdoor session overlooking the sea from above. Grateful for this life as a personal trainer, always moving, breathing fresh air, and helping others feel their best.
The years may be passing, but through regular training I stay strong, functional, and confident in my body 💪
