Even in a tropical climate, your body still reacts to external Yang energy:

Did you know there are two opposing yet complementary forces that keep our body in balance?
Yin = cold, quiet, inward, substance
Yang = warm, active, outward, function
When you have a balance of both, you'd feel:
✔️ Energised but calm
✔️ Focused but rested
✔️ Warm but not overheated
But imbalance can show up like this:
Too much Yin → cold limbs, fatigue, slow metabolism
