LISTEN TO YOUR BODY!! It is really important that we understand this: Recovery is a Process with many Stages. Recovery is also influenced by many internal (mindset, emotions, etc) and external factors (stress level, inadequate rest, sedentary lifestyle, etc). Your body will move from one stage to the next in its own time. Realising this will ease you onto the path to full recovery.

By far the most common question I am asked about recovery from any big injury or surgery is: How long will this take?
