Suicidal thoughts don’t always come from depression.

Sometimes, they come from feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or alone — especially in our 30s.

For many people, this season looks like:
• building a career while fearing job insecurity 💼
• raising young children 👶
• caring for ageing parents 👵
• managing housing loans and daily expenses 🧾
• quietly carrying stress, burnout, and hopelessness 🤍

⚠️ Warning signs aren’t always obvious.
Withdrawal. Subtle changes. Feeling like a burden. Giving things away.

If you notice these signs — it’s time to check in.

A conversation can make a difference.

🫶 How you can help:
• ask directly
• listen without judgement
• validate their pain
• encourage professional support
• keep checking in

If you’re struggling, or supporting someone who is:

Sometimes it’s hard to explain what you’ve been carrying.

☝️You show up.
☝️You function.
☝️You keep going.

But inside, there’s a quiet weight that hasn’t had space to be understood yet.

This is what many of the people I work with describe — not a dramatic breakdown, but a slow, heavy feeling of holding too much for too long.

And often, the first step isn’t fixing it.

It’s having a space where you don’t have to hold it alone.

If this resonates, you don’t have to navigate it by yourself 🤍

Today I turn a year older🎂

The second half of 2025 threw me a few unexpected turns, and I’m still figuring some of it out quietly. But this birthday feels different. Less about looking back, more about deciding how I want to move forward.

This year feels like a year of rebuilding — internally and externally, mentally and physically. Not in a dramatic “new year, new me” way… but in small, honest, consistent ways that I hope will lead me onto a very different journey by the end of this year and into the next.

I’m grateful for the work I do, the people I hold space for, and the reminder that slowing down, listening inward, and starting again gently is sometimes the real work.

Here’s to turning a year older — with intention, patience, and a little more self-kindness 🤍

Reflection before action.

Today’s lunchtime session reminded us that clarity doesn’t come from pushing harder — it comes from pausing long enough to listen.

In this space, we:
✨ slowed down
✨ reflected on what 2025 asked of us
✨ named what we’re carrying forward (and what we’re not)
✨ set intentions for 2026 without pressure or resolutions

If you couldn’t join live and would like:
• the session recording
• the reflection prompts
• future session updates

💬 DM me “REFLECT”

This won’t be the last space like this.

Start the year with intention, not pressure.

If you’re a parent who’s been holding a lot, this lunchtime session is an invitation to slow down and check in with yourself—without goals, resolutions, or needing to have everything figured out.

✨ In this 1-hour session, we’ll:
• look back on what 2025 asked of you
• notice what you’re carrying into 2026
• set intentions that feel realistic and kind

🧠 A space for parents to:
• breathe
• reflect
• reset gently

Rest is not a reward — it’s a need.

This is your moment to pause.

If you’ve been carrying more than you realize as a parent, I’m inviting you to a 1-hour lunchtime reflection session this Wednesday to pause, reflect on 2025, and gently reset for 2026.

Come as you are.

You don’t need to have it all figured out.

Parenting doesn’t leave much space to pause.
Most days are about getting through—holding routines, emotions, and everyone else’s needs.

This lunchtime session is an invitation for you to slow down.

I’m holding a 1-hour reflection space for parents to look back on 2025—what stretched you, what sustained you, and what you want to carry (or leave behind) as we move into 2026.

✨ No perfect parenting
✨ No pressure to have answers
✨ Just honest reflection and gentle intention-setting

You don’t need a vision board.

You need a pause.

As we ease out of 2025 and look toward 2026, many of us are carrying more than we realise—unfinished feelings, lessons we haven’t named yet, and quiet fatigue from showing up for others.

I’m restarting my Parents Community and Mental Health Community with a 1-hour lunchtime reflection session—a gentle space to slow down, reflect, and reset together.

In this session, we’ll:
• reflect on what 2025 brought up for us
• notice what we’re carrying forward
• set intentions for 2026 without pressure or perfection

If you’ve been craving a moment to pause and reconnect with yourself, this space is for you.
