🥂 A little late to share, but we’re still excited! Last September, Elev8 Foods had the honor of presenting “Say Cheese! Why US Cheese Deserves a Spot on Your Plate” at the Think USA Cheese Seminars in Manila and Jakarta, hosted by USDEC. It was an incredible opportunity to introduce attendees to the quality, flavor, and versatility of US cheese.

Sharing this a bit late, but the excitement still lingers! A few weeks ago, Elev8 Foods proudly took the stage at the Think USA Cheese Seminar in Jakarta. Chef Benjamin Fong and Paolo Serrano presented “Say Cheese! Why US Cheese Deserves a Spot on Your Plate,” showcasing how US cheese pairs wonderfully with Indonesian flavors and cuisine.

This trend highlights the desire for a balance between affordability and a sense of luxury or indulgence. Here are a few insights and considerations related to this trend.

1. Value Perception: Consumers are seeking value for money, and the idea of premium affordability emphasizes that affordability doesn't have to mean compromising on quality or indulgence. Brands that offer a perceived sense of luxury at a reasonable price point are likely to attract consumer attention.
