There is always so much to be learned from watching others facilitate sessions, and to see how the presence of each provider can cause session participants to respond differently, simply because we are all wired to be empathetic and to feel resonance with each other....

We had a lovely, community TRE group session today for our JULY shake! We started the session with a little bit of stretching and a brief heart-opening session to send out and to consciously allow ourselves to receive love. Eric and I always ALWAYS appreciate connecting with other TRE practitioners with our monthly shakes. There is something special about connecting with others, especially when it's for taking time to take care of ourselves, to connect within ourselves and listen to our bodies while feeling consciously that we are not alone. :) Thank you all for having been a part of our session today. We hope to see you guys again next month!

Day 30: it's taken a while and I've lots to say about why, but I won't do that here. I got some eye and forehead tremors while on the bus to work this morning and I'm chuffed!
