Macros are the key nutrients—proteins, carbs, and fat that your body needs to thrive. Each plays a unique role: proteins rebuild, carbs energize, and fats sustain. Balancing them isn't just science, it's a form of self-care that energizes your body.

To get started, first calculate your daily calorie needs, then tailor your macro intake. A balanced approach might look like 40% carbs, 30% protein, and 30% fats. Measure, adjust, and listen to your body's response. 📊
