With a background in Biotechnology and Applied Entomology, Carl’s passion for harnessing biological solutions to tackle global challenges has been unwavering. His career began in pest control, where he discovered the untapped potential of insects in various industries.

This passion led Carl to explore medical applications of insects, particularly maggot debridement therapy for chronic wound care.
