“Before joining ARN, Micah was always on the move — running, jumping, spinning, screaming. He struggled to express his emotions and tell us what he needed.
From the very first assessment, he felt comfortable. He was excited to interact with his peers — and that’s when we knew this wasn’t just a job for them. It’s personal.
Over time, the tantrums started to fade. The screaming slowed down. Micah began to self-regulate — and we started seeing a calmer, happier boy who loves sharing and making friends.
We’re more confident in his future now.”

Receiving an autism diagnosis for your child can feel overwhelming — especially in the first few months. There’s a lot to process, and it’s okay to feel unsure about what comes next.
What’s most important to remember is this: your child is still the same child you love. The diagnosis doesn’t change who they are — it simply helps us understand how to support them better.
With the right guidance, evidence-based intervention, and small, consistent steps at home, meaningful progress is possible. You don’t have to have everything figured out right away, and you don’t have to walk this journey alone.
If this post resonates with you, feel free to save or share it with another parent who might need reassurance. If you’d like more personalised guidance or support, connect with us through our social media platforms — we’re here to help.

Listen to a real-life story from one of our parents:
“When we called Elise, there was no reaction. She would walk away like we didn’t exist. As a parent, that was heartbreaking.
The doctors said early intervention could make a real difference — so we came to ARN.
Within the first week, we noticed small changes. She started responding when we called her. She began to look at us and hold eye contact. By the one-month mark, she was following instructions… something she never did before.
We could see the change — and we knew it was because of the therapy here.
If you’re worried that your child seems delayed or isn’t developing like their peers, don’t wait. Early support gives them the best chance.”
