Parenting a child with autism can be challenging, but self-care is key to being the best support for your child. 🌱 Set realistic expectations, create simple routines, and celebrate small victories. 🎉 Take time for yourself, whether it's a short walk or a few minutes of deep breathing, and be kind to yourself on tough days. ❤️

Don’t hesitate to ask for help from your support system or enroll your child in an early intervention program to give you time to recharge. 📚 Connecting with other parents or loved ones also provides vital support. When you prioritize your well-being, you’re better able to support your child.
