For those suffering from Knee osteoarthritis, certain flexibility stretches can improve the range of motion of the knee joint and make daily activities more manageable.

🦵 Hamstring Stretch: Sit and extend one leg, while bending the other to rest against the thigh of your extended leg. Lean forward and reach for your toes to feel the stretch at the back of your thigh.

🏃 Calf Stretch: Place your hands on a wall in front of you. Stretch one leg back, and bend the leg in front at the knee. Lean forward and hold it to feel your calf stretch.

🏋️ Quadriceps Stretch: While standing, bend one knee and bring your heel towards your buttocks, by grasping your ankle with your hand. Gently pull till you feel a comfortable stretch in the front of your thigh.

Osteoporosis weakens bones and raises the risk of fractures. Often, it's not noticed until a bone breaks. Many factors can increase the risk of getting it.

Here are some lifestyle changes to lower your risk:
🚭 Stop Smoking: Quitting helps bone health. Smoking makes it harder for the body to absorb calcium, leading to weaker bones.
🍷 Limit Alcohol: Moderate drinking protects bones. Too much alcohol can disrupt calcium balance and hormone levels needed for bone strength.
🍗 Eat More Protein: Foods like poultry, fish, and nuts help keep bones strong.
🍎🥦 Fruits & Veggies: These provide vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that protect bone cells from damage.
