🩵 “It’s not just about connecting with each other — it’s about coming back to the stillness of our own hearts.” —

In this moment from Ep 84 of The Wellness Hood Podcast, Laura Yates, founder of , shares what it really means when people call cacao a heart opener.

Yes, there’s science behind it — but it’s also about something deeper: reconnecting with our hearts, listening to our intuition, and remembering the wisdom our bodies already hold.

We live in a world that glorifies the mind — productivity, logic, control — yet, as Laura reminds us, true healing starts when we pause… and listen inward. 🌿

Courage isn’t always loud.
Sometimes, it’s the quiet voice that whispers — get up, breathe, listen. 🌤️

In this clip, reminds us that courage can start with the simplest thing: a morning mindset shift.
Waking up with gratitude, tuning into your inner voice, and seeing each day as an adventure — that’s where real change begins.

✨ What does courage look like for you right now?

Most diseases don’t appear overnight.
They build in silence — sometimes over 10, 20 years — before symptoms show.

That’s the heart of Medicine 3.0: understanding the root causes early, spotting the processes years before they turn into illness, and acting now to slow them down or prevent them altogether.

In my conversation with Duri Granziol, CEO of .life , we explored this new approach to health and what it means for living longer with strength and clarity.

This reel is just a glimpse. In Episode 81 of The Wellness Hood Podcast we dive into:
• Why prevention is still missing from most healthcare models
• What we can do now to reduce risks of heart disease, diabetes and other age-related conditions
• How supplements, sleep, and lifestyle are levers for long-term health
• The future of personalised prevention with diagnostics and AI

The One Supplement for Energy & Ageing?

Your cells are working non stop — digesting, moving, thinking, and repairing.
But none of it happens without energy.

That’s where your mitochondria — the power plants of your cells — come in. They run on NAD+, and one supplement can help keep those levels strong: NMN.

In my conversation with Duri Granziol, CEO of .life , we explored why NMN sits at the most fundamental level of health — and what it means for ageing well.

But this is just one part of the conversation. In Episode 81 of The Wellness Hood Podcast, we go much deeper into:
• Supplements that actually support healthspan (NMN, collagen, senolytics, glucose stability)
• Why is sleep the most underrated driver of wellbeing
• How to cut through the “Wild West” of supplements and choose what works
• The future of personalised prevention with diagnostics and AI

I started years ago to really look after myself — to get to know my body and mind and to invest in my future.

Because I’ve seen what happens when we don’t.

In my family there have been heart attacks, cancer, diabetes… and I watched both my grandmother and my father pass away with aggressive dementia.

That’s why I’m curious. Curious to learn, to understand, and to act where I can. It’s why I have these conversations — to keep learning from others, and to share what can help us live not just longer, but better.

For me, longevity means having a strong body and a clear mind so I can still tie my own shoes when I’m 80, and play with my grandchildren for as long as possible. I like to know my body, to track my own data, to base things on facts — and to experiment with n=1.

That’s exactly what we explore in this week’s episode of The Wellness Hood Podcast with Duri Granziol, CEO of .life :
• Why our healthcare system still rewards “sick care” instead of prevention
• The science behind supplements like NMN, senolytics, collagen, and glucose stability
• Why sleep is the most underrated driver of healthspan
• How to cut through the noise and choose supplements that actually work
• The future of personalised prevention with diagnostics and AI

If you’ve ever wondered what really moves the needle for ageing well — this conversation is for you.

✨ Did you know that two core beliefs drive more than 90% of our subconscious patterns?

💭 “I’m not safe.”
💭 “I’m not loved.”

These ancient survival codes are wired deep in our brains — and they still shape how we show up today. From self-doubt to feeling stuck, most limiting patterns trace back to these two beliefs.

In this clip, Tania Kodliuk, .odyssea founder & CEO of Odyssea AI, shares why uncovering and reprogramming these subconscious stories is key to living with more freedom, clarity, and purpose.

🎧 This is just a taste of our full conversation on The Wellness Hood Podcast, where we dive into:
🔹 Why do high performers still feel stuck
🔹 Practical tools to rewrite limiting patterns
🔹 How can AI become an ally for wellbeing

In this week’s episode of The Wellness Hood, we explore how AI can become an ally for self-discovery, helping us connect the dots in our subconscious so we can live with more freedom, wellbeing, and purpose.

🎧 In the full conversation, we dive into:

🦠 More isn’t always better when it comes to probiotics.

It’s not about the highest CFU count or packing in the most strains. What really matters is choosing the right clinically studied strains — at the right dosage — for your specific needs.

As Yeo (Ph.D., Food Science & Nutrition, founder of .live ) shared in our conversation: probiotics are like specialised little fighters we can introduce into our bodies to improve health. Each one has a role — and the key is knowing why you’re taking them in the first place.

🎧 This is just a glimpse from our latest episode of The Wellness Hood Podcast. Listen to the full conversation via the link in bio or drop a comment and we’ll share it with you.

🚨 No Fiber? Hello Leaky Gut.
We all talk about probiotics, protein, supplements… but if you don’t get enough fiber, your gut is in trouble.

👉 Prebiotic fiber is literally the food for probiotics. Without it, the good bacteria in your gut start starving — and when that happens, they feed on your gut’s protective lining. Over time, this can lead to leaky gut, allergies, and immune chaos.

💡 Takeaway: Don’t just add probiotics, feed them with fiber.

🍽️ Breakfast, lunch, dinner… who invented this?

As shares in Episode 78 of The Wellness Hood, our bodies are still built on an ancient model — yet we eat like we’re in a 24/7 restaurant. Cavemen didn’t have three meals a day; they ate when food was available, and moved constantly.

So here’s the question: are we eating for nourishment or just for routine?

✨ Tune into Episode 78 to hear more about ancestral wisdom, habits that actually fit our biology, and Louisa’s 7 Pillars of Health.
