What do you know about the ancient system of Ayurveda? Ayurveda found Candice four years ago, after what seemed like a long and frustrating battle to find a cure for hormonal imbalance and polycystic o***y syndrome.

The transformation she experienced led her to dive deep into this traditional health system; eventually opening her own Ayurvedic bodywork practice.

It’s been our pleasure to have her share our studio space, and we’re happy to be collaborating on a special workshop in August.

Holotropic breathwork goes back to the 1970s, when psychiatrists Stanislov and Cristina Grof introduced it as a drug-free way to induce an altered state of consciousness.

They found that such an experience could bring about inner healing and a return to wholeness, simply by using one's breath as well as evocative music. 

Explore this altered state with us over the Hari Raya holiday.

To spend time with art is to spend time with your inner world, and to harness the healing power within you.

This July, we’re back at for the Wellness Festival. Taking inspiration from the Gallery’s art collection, our facilitators will be sharing a series of somatic movement workshops.

Embody the flowing strokes of chinese ink paintings through qi gong, or walk mindfully through culture and history with traditional silat.
