Postnatal depression is a serious condition that affects many new mothers, leading to feelings of sadness, exhaustion, and anxiety after childbirth.

It can make bonding with the baby difficult and impact overall well-being. However, strong family support, especially from the husband, plays a crucial role in recovery.

When the family, particularly the husband, offers patience, encouragement, and practical help, the mother feels valued and supported, making the journey to healing smoother and more positive.💕
