Douglas graduated from Cardiff University, U.K. and Singapore Polytechnic, and brings strong expertise in comprehensive eye examinations, myopia management, dry eye care, customised eyewear and contact lenses — including advanced lenses for patients with unique corneal conditions like keratoconus. He is passionate about delivering precise, personalised care that always keeps patients at the centre.

Working closely with ophthalmologists, Douglas ensures patients receive the best possible outcomes. His dedication to advancing primary eye care and contributing to the wider optometry profession makes him a valuable addition to our practice.

Our optometrists, Shu Ting and Douglas, recently had the privilege of learning from Dr Lim Wee Kiak, Co-Founder and Vice Chairman of Eagle Eye Centre.

It was a valuable opportunity to see how ophthalmologists and optometrists can work hand in hand to provide the best care for patients.

We are proud of their dedication to continuous learning with United Optometrist 优质视光, and we sincerely thank Dr Lim for his kind guidance throughout this journey, and to optometrist Ivan Tan for making this arrangements possible!
