I’m posting a pair of running shoes. Today I’m super thrilled. My clients came in today for a short bit to share about their first half experience on Sunday together. They looked perfectly energised and felt totally accomplished, smiling from ear to ear. They told me the session on the eve of the marathon really helped prepped them for the 5:15am flag-off.
We have been preparing their bodies for the run for months. From hip-knee-ankle alignment, push-off, spinal rotation, shoulder , technique and varying the weight loading intensity, their consistent effort really paid off.
Client was super delighted that she didn’t get any mid-back or pain after finishing the race. She used to have them when she first started training for the run. We’ve spent time working on corrections and homework practices.
