Take note if you are experiencing persistent stomach pain, coupled with multiple symptoms mentioned in this post!

Although they are not very common, Biliary Tract cancers are among the most aggressive and hard-to-detect cancers due to a lack of reliable screening tests and vague symptoms.

Unlike more common cancers, they lack clear early warning signs and often go unnoticed until advanced stages. This make awareness and early medical attention crucial for improving outcomes.

If you need further assistance, feel free to SMS/WhatsApp us at 9056 9517 to book an appointment today!

According to Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), the Bladder Meridian is the longest meridian in the human body which extends from the head down through the back and legs.

If the Bladder Meridian becomes blocked, it can hinder the elimination of phlegm-dampness and toxins from the body, leading to blood stasis, soreness, and ultimately the development of illnesses.

In addition to regular exercise and avoiding cold foods, here are three moves to help clear the Bladder Meridian and eliminate waste from the body.

One: Interlace your fingers and place both hands on the back of your neck. Use the base of your palms to knead the neck until it feels warm.

Two: Clench your fists and tap the area between the tailbone and the lumbar spine — the location of the Ba Liao acupoints.

Three: Sit on a chair & pat/slap the Weizhong acupoint (located behind the knee) with your palm.

Modern days habits such as prolonged screen time, high stress, late nights and constant air conditioning can lead to our eyes feeling dry and uncomfortable.

From a TCM perspective, dry eye syndrome reflects a condition called “liver and kidney yin deficiency”. Try out the 4 nourishing drinks in this post to relieve the condition!

Goji Berry and Chrysanthemum Tea (枸杞菊花茶):
Goji berries nourish liver and kidneys, improve vision. Chrysanthemum clears liver heat and relieves eye fatigue.

Mulberry Juice (桑葚汁):
Nourishes the liver/kidney, improves vision, supports blood health, boosts energy, and aids sleep.

Cassia Seed and Red Date Tea (决明子红枣茶):
