Always feeling chilly regardless of the weather? You might just need a little internal heat boost! By stimulating a few key acupoints, you can naturally warm your body, improve circulation and keep the cold at bay.

Ting Gong (听宫穴)
Benefits: Warms ears, helps tinnitus.
Location: In the small depression in front of the tragus when the mouth is slightly open, between Er Men and Ting Hui acupoints.
Method: Gently massage the point until the ears feel warm.

Da Zhui (大椎穴)
Benefits: Dispels cold, boosts immunity.
Location: Below the most prominent bone when you lower your head.
Method:
-Warm with 40°C water for a few minutes during shower.
-Apply warm towel to the acupoint or rub it with palms.

Jian Jing (肩井穴)
Benefits: Warms neck/shoulder, relieves stiffness/tension.
Location: Midpoint between the base of the neck (Da Zhui) and shoulder tip.
Method: Pinch/knead with thumb and fingers.

Yang Chi (阳池穴)
Benefits: Warms cold hands, helps wrist pain and dry mouth.
Location: On the back of the wrist crease, aligned with the gap between the middle and ring fingers.
Method: Press and hold for 5–10 minutes each side.

Shen Que (神阙穴)
Benefits: Warms stomach, relieves abdominal discomfort, supports digestion.
Location: Center of belly button.
Method:
-Rub your hands warm and place them over the navel or use a warm compress.
- Gently press the point without rubbing.

Yong Quan (涌泉穴)
Benefits: Warms feet/legs, supports sleep and kidney energy.
Location: On the sole, in the depression on front 1/3 of the foot.
Method:
-Rub soles warm then press the acupoint until you feel slight soreness.
- Tap the point until the soles feel warm.
- Soak feet in 40°C water for ~20 minutes before bed.

Is your nose acting up again? Weather changes and poor air quality can make nasal allergies unbearable — constant sneezing, stuffy nose, and endless runny noses. Don’t worry — with just a few simple acupoints, you can relieve the discomfort and breathe easier naturally!

Yin Tang (印堂穴): At the midpoint between the inner ends of the eyebrows

Zan Zhu (攒竹穴): In the depression at the inner end of the eyebrows

Shang Ying Xiang (上迎香穴): Above the Ying Xiang acupoint, at the upper end of the nasolabial fold (smile lines)

Ying Xiang (迎香穴): At the intersection of the outer edge of the nostrils and the nasolabial fold (smile lines)

Method: Rub your hands together until they feel warm. Then, use your fingertips to press on each acupoint for about 6 seconds and release. Repeat this 10 times. Massaging all four acupoints once counts as one round. It is recommended to complete three rounds in total.

Traits: Dull complexion, purplish lips, menstrual pain with clots, poor memory

Qi Stagnation (气郁) – Emotionally Sensitive
Traits: Sighing, chest tightness, insomnia under stress, breast tenderness
