Is your nose acting up again? Weather changes and poor air quality can make nasal allergies unbearable — constant sneezing, stuffy nose, and endless runny noses. Don’t worry — with just a few simple acupoints, you can relieve the discomfort and breathe easier naturally!
Yin Tang (印堂穴): At the midpoint between the inner ends of the eyebrows
Zan Zhu (攒竹穴): In the depression at the inner end of the eyebrows
Shang Ying Xiang (上迎香穴): Above the Ying Xiang acupoint, at the upper end of the nasolabial fold (smile lines)
Ying Xiang (迎香穴): At the intersection of the outer edge of the nostrils and the nasolabial fold (smile lines)
Method: Rub your hands together until they feel warm. Then, use your fingertips to press on each acupoint for about 6 seconds and release. Repeat this 10 times. Massaging all four acupoints once counts as one round. It is recommended to complete three rounds in total.
