Sysmex Thailand Conducts Team Building and CSR Activities to Strengthen Teamwork and Community Engagement
From July 18 - 20, 2025, Sysmex Thailand organised a combined team building retreat and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activity to foster stronger internal collaboration and support the local community. The team building took place at Velona at Tublan, Prachinburi, while the CSR event was held at Wat Srisawt School.
The team building activities were designed to break down communication barriers across different departments and roles, encouraging employees to approach challenges with fresh perspectives. The program successfully created a strong sense of belonging and shared purpose among team members. Participants noted that these activities enhanced mutual support within teams, leading to more efficient completion of tasks. Additionally, the retreat provided a valuable break from daily routines, allowing employees to recharge and boost their engagement. Such engagement is linked to higher employee retention, benefiting both staff and the company.
In the CSR initiative, Sysmex Thailand reaffirmed its commitment to social responsibility by providing scholarships and donations to students at Wat Srisawt School. This support helps foster education and personal growth in a positive and nurturing environment. The company plans to continue conducting CSR activities annually, with goals to progressively expand its impact in future years.
