Perennial Holdings has unveiled its refreshed brand identity across its group and core business verticals of medical, eldercare, real estate and hospitality, which it will transition into on 18 August 2025. This initiative follows the Company’s successful recalibration towards a healthcare-led, real estate-enabled strategy, evolving from a pure real estate company established in 2009, into an integrated healthcare and real estate company.
The refreshed brand architecture encompasses a unified logo and standardised naming system across all sub-brands. This design provides clarity of the Company’s four distinct business verticals, while leveraging the established Perennial Holdings’ legacy. It also showcases the Company’s new business model focused on its medical care and eldercare business lines, underpinned by real estate and hospitality.
