Founded in 2006 by celebrity health coach Jacelyn Tay, Body Inc. began as an integrated medicine clinic with Traditional Chinese Medicine, Western Herbal Medicine, Chiropractic, Osteopathy, Dietetics & Nutrition and Aromatherapy under one roof. The current detox programs were designed by our previous team of practitioners over a decade of R&D, working with thousands of patients suffering from autoimmune disorders/diseases.

Other than my iPad, iPhone and MacBook Air which are my precious… my other most loved work item is my notebook!

This is the Taobao version of the Traveler’s Notebook. I once have the original leather version of the traveler’s notebook, gift from a dear friend… but it has worn out over the years…

Wanted to get a replacement but it was too expensive so I got the plastic version from Taobao. lol.

Still getting used to it… but yeah… I love notebooks and schedulers and organisers
