To lose a kilo of fat, one has to have a deficit of 7700kcal per week. To make a sound weight loss plan, the deficit in Calories have to be in the form of both diet and exercise. Eat wisely. Workout regularly.

There's not such thing as a bad workout. Any workout is a good workout. It beats lazing around.

It's all about choices. Choose wisely, eat healthy.

There's no such thing as over training. It's either you're not eating enough or sleeping enough.

Whoever says that it's hard to find healthier alternatives when eating out must be kidding me. Here's a list of what comes to my mind at the moment...
1) fish sliced porridge
2) half boiled eggs
3) skinless chicken breast with white rice
4) fruits
5) youghurt drink or milk (from any convience store)
6) mixed veg rice (opt for green veg and steamed fish, no gravy)
7) figs/seeds/brown/wholegrain bread (from any bread shop)

And the list goes on! Come on and contribute! Help us to expand this list to help you help others as well!

Hi guys! Today I'm going to talk about the "Healthier Choice" logo. You guys may think that having this logo on a particular food product means that the food is healthy. I beg to defer. This can be very misleading to many people. To me, the symbol only represents that the product is slightly healthier than it's regular versions - less sodium and fat. Think Instant Noodles, how healthy can it get even with the logo? What I realized also is that people tend to overeat what they deemed as healthy. Truth is, you're just piling on more Calories, meaning weight gain.
