Ironically, I filmed this just moments before getting hacked on Facebook and Instagram, losing complete access to both my personal page, business page and WhatsApp!

It sounds ridiculous, but the last 3 weeks have been torture…

When your business depends on a social media platform like Instagram and You have it taken away from you in an instant, it can’t pretty hard to deal with.

Either way, it’s good to be back 🚀

Recovery is so important! I’m guilty for being the gym guy that always wants to go 💯 percent all day every day. After incorporating rest days, deep tissue massages and sleeping a little bit more (need to work on this 🙃), I’ve found myself to be so much more efficient in the gym.
