📚✨ On 19 September 2025, more than 1,000 educators from MindChamps Australia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, and the USA gathered at Ngee Ann Polytechnic for the latest Global Teacher Development & Training (TDT) session!

Held twice a year, the Global TDT is a truly unique MindChamps initiative that unites our worldwide community of teachers under a shared vision of excellence in the craft of teaching. 🌍💡

MindChamps requires all our educators to undergo up to 200 hours of extensive training and accreditation, regardless of previous teaching experience or qualifications. This year, we proudly celebrated the graduation of over 130 teachers from our research-backed MindChamps Way Training programme, equipping them with the skills, curriculum and pedagogy to bring out the best in every Champ.🎓✨

We were also honoured to have Vice Chancellor, Distinguished Professor George Williams AO, as our guest speaker. He reminded us that in today’s AI-dominated world, it is vital for Champion Teachers to guide our Champs in finding their own voice to think critically, synthesize ideas, and innovate with confidence.

Through sessions like these, our teachers continue to uphold the ChampionGold Standards in teaching and learning, ensuring the very best for our Champs every single day. ❤️

🌟 We celebrated the official launch of the partnership between Western Sydney University (WSU) and MindChamps, marking a milestone in our shared mission to revolutionise early childhood education. 🎓✨

We were honoured to welcome Distinguished Professor George William AO, Vice Chancellor & President of WSU, who specially flew in from Australia, and His Excellency Allaster Cox, Australian High Commissioner to Singapore, to grace the occasion. 🙌

This collaboration will drive transformation through Research, Application, and Enhancing Career Pathways for early education professionals.

Just because individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) communicate differently, doesn’t imply they don’t desire to connect, and this shouldn’t deter us from making efforts to interact with them.
As a rule of thumb, be respectful, find out about their preferences, likes, and needs, and above all, be encouraging and compassionate. 🙂
