1) You’d like focused attention to help achieve your fitness goals,
2) You’ve just recovered from injury or have pre-existing conditions that require more care in exercise,
3) You’re just starting or resuming your fitness routine and are worried you might not be able to keep up with the pace of Group Classes.
We can help you out! Our experienced instructors have a wide range of skills (including Aerial, Pilates, Yoga, Jazzercise) that will support your journey towards a happier and healthier body! Private sessions can be a combination of different modalities to meet your goals.
