Hands up if you had to take a spoonful of fish oil every day during your childhood. I definitely did and continued the practice when I had my first child. Even the brand of fish oil I gave her was the same as what my Mom gave me!⁣

With more reading up, I now know that not all fish oils are made equal. Hence, consuming low quality fish oils that do not contain what is promised means your child is not gonna reap the most benefits and can even be harmful. Waste your money too.⁣
