"I’ll never forget the first time I wore this uniform", a Family Care Assistant said.
I looked at myself in the mirror and barely recognised the person staring back. I was new. Nervous. Unsure if I will be able to handle the weight of this role. It was not just the blazer or the tie, it was the responsibility that came with it.
I was not just representing Serenity Casket & Funerals. I was stepping into a role that meant something bigger. I was being trusted to guide families through one of the most difficult days of their lives. That changes how you walk, how you speak and how you listen.
Wearing this uniform means showing up with care. With respect. And every time I put it on, I remind myself why I do this 🫶
If you share that same sense of purpose and feel called to serve with compassion, calm, and dignity, we love to hear from you. Reach out to us at hr@serenitycasket.com.sg
