After giving birth to my 2nd baby, I engaged mdm Ida again! During my first born, I did not engage her to open my ducts this my supply only came in nearing the end of my confinement. However, this time round, I called mdm Ida to open my ducts five days after giving birth and my supply came almost immediately! It started from having 30ml per side 2 days after the massage, then now my baby is at almost 3 weeks old and I'm able to fully breast feed as I'm getting 140ml - 210ml per pump session! Will highly recommend mummies to engage mdm Ida to open ducts if you want to breast feed your baby!
