Norwood Medical Clinic is proud to be part of the GPFirst Program - which encourages patients with non-emergency conditions to see their general practitioners first, instead of heading straight to the ED. If patients are assessed by GPs to need ED care, they are immediately referred to the ED and will be prioritised over other non-emergency cases. They also receive a $50 subsidy for their ED bill, in recognition of having incurred initial charges at the GP.

Norwood Medical Clinic is part of GPFirst Program in Woodlands. Patients will receive $50 rebate at the UCC (Urgent Care Centre) or A&E should they require emergent treatment at the facility.
