Our recent , held at Raffles ENT Centre, Raffles Counselling Centre, and Raffles Children’s Centre, is a monthly platform to recognise exceptional service and reinforce our shared values. Organised by our Customer Experience Management (CEM) team and led by Ms Karen Low, Associate Director of CEM, this month's roll call highlighted our commitment to proactive initiative in patient care.

During the session, Dr Kenneth Wu, Managing Director of Singapore Healthcare, Raffles Medical Group, featured patient compliments for outstanding team members who truly embody proactive care:

- Senior Staff Nurse Jenelyn Liban Junco from Raffles ENT Centre

- Senior Patient Service Officer Nurshaza Amirah Binte Mazhairy from Raffles Counselling Centre

- Senior Patient Service Officer Teo Lian Dih Cindy from Raffles Children’s Centre

These individuals were recognised for consistently going above and beyond. Senior Patient Service Officer Cindy Teo from Raffles Children’s Centre, for instance, provided a prime example of proactive initiative when a grateful parent commended her for taking the initiative to secure a bed for their child. This action significantly eased the parent's anxiety, ensuring their son received prompt and appropriate medical care, and perfectly illustrates anticipating a challenge to enhance patient care.

At Raffles, we believe in delivering personalised care that evolves with our patients. Dr Wu reinforced this, reminding our colleagues about the importance of continuous self-improvement — refining skills, learning from patient feedback, and always striving to enhance patient care and service delivery through proactive measures. This commitment to ongoing excellence truly reinforces our shared values at Raffles Medical Group.
