Meet Dr Zhang Meifen, our new specialist in Endocrinology at Raffles Diabetes & Endocrine Centre!

Dr Zhang brings extensive expertise in endocrinology, having previously served as a Consultant at Changi General Hospital and held key faculty roles within SingHealth’s residency programmes.

In addition to her clinical work, Dr Zhang is an active contributor to medical education, serving as a clinical educator across Singapore's medical schools, including Lee Kong Chian, Yong Loo Lin, and Duke-NUS.

Her clinical interests are in:
- Diabetes mellitus
- Thyroid disorders
- Metabolic conditions

Dr Zhang is committed to supporting patients through a personalised and integrated approach, ensuring every individual receives care tailored to their unique needs.

A beautiful first chapter of the New Year begins at Raffles Hospital. ✨

As the year turns, we welcomed baby Yuito, born at 4.24pm on 1 January 2026, weighing 3.735kg. Safely delivered by Dr Jazlan Joosoph, Specialist in Obstetrics & Gynaecology and Senior Consultant at Raffles Women’s Centre, baby Yuito arrives as a symbol of hope, promise, and new beginnings.

Adding to the joy of the day, baby Yuito shares a birthday with his father, making this moment even more meaningful for the family.

We are honoured to support this family as they begin an exciting journey ahead, and we wish them a future filled with love, health, and joy.
