RMG’s Dinner and Dance 2025, Back to the Future ~ Back to 1976 ✨🚀

Healthcare heroes by day, time-travelling legends by night!

Last Saturday, over 1,000 staff embarked on a thrilling journey through time for our Back to the Future (Back to 1976) themed dinner.

From the retro chic to disco outfits, our colleagues showed up in style. With every beat of the music, we danced our way across eras, proving that the RMG spirit is truly timeless.

Beyond the glitz and laughter, we also honoured our long-service awardees who have journeyed with us through the decades. We thank all our time travellers for making the night one to remember.

Here’s to blasting into the future together as one Raffles family — stronger, bolder, and ready for the adventures ahead.🌺

Our monthly was recently held at Ward 8, 10, ICU, and Day Surgery!

At Raffles, we believe that a positive mindset is key to delivering quality care. In a fast-paced hospital environment, this mindset supports our well-being, helps us overcome challenges, and enables us to provide the best possible care for our patients.

𝘿𝙧 𝙆𝙚𝙣𝙣𝙚𝙩𝙝 𝙒𝙪, Managing Director of Singapore Healthcare, Raffles Medical Group, spearheaded the session and highlighted the power of proactive care. He encouraged us to lead with positivity, resilience, and a patient-first mindset, while also fostering teamwork and morale across departments.

By cultivating the right mindset, we strengthen our ability to anticipate patient needs, communicate clearly, and make thoughtful, cost-effective decisions without compromising on quality.

This month, we also celebrated our colleagues who received patient compliments for their compassionate service and excellence in care:
- RN Yra Blanz Amarillento from Day Surgery
- SSN Chock Huay Ching from ICU
- SN Mathew Suni from Ward 8
- SSN Torrefiel Maria Dolores Catherine Espina from Ward 8
