Misleading and False Accusations Regarding Counterfeit Products
We, Agym Nutrition Pte. Ltd., are the legally registered and operating entity in Singapore, and the rightful trademark owner of both the Agym Nutrition brand and its range of products within the Singapore jurisdiction. All products bearing the Agym Nutrition name sold through our authorized platforms are genuine, original, and manufactured directly by us in compliance with local regulations and international standards.
We wish to make the following clarifications:
1. Agym Nutrition Pte. Ltd. is the official and rightful brand owner of Agym Nutrition in Singapore, and we own and hold the relevant intellectual property rights for both the brand and product trademarks locally.
2. We manufacture our own products, maintain full quality control throughout the supply chain, and distribute directly to the Singaporean market through certified retail and online channels, including –

3. Accusations are entirely false, misleading, and damaging to our reputation and business operations. No verification or communication was made with us prior to the issuance of such claims.
