Regular screening helps identify early cell changes before they turn into cancer β€” protecting your health and your future.

πŸ’™ Early detection saves lives.
πŸ“… Don’t delay your screening.

Cervical cancer is one of the most preventable and treatable forms of cancer if caught early.

Would Proton Therapy Benefit You?

Proton therapy is an advanced form of radiation treatment that targets tumours with high precision while reducing damage to surrounding healthy tissue.

It may be especially helpful for cancers near vital organs, recurrent tumours, and paediatric cases. Proton therapy is used to treat cancers such as brain and spinal tumours, head and neck cancers, breast and lung cancers, prostate cancer, eye cancers, and more.

With its targeted approach, proton therapy may lead to fewer side effects and better quality of life during and after treatment.

β€œWork is just a small part of life.” - Ms Jacqueline

Life is bigger than our jobs. It is about health, purpose, and meaningful connections.

Meet Ms Jacqueline, a breast cancer patient at OncoCare who gained a new perspective through her journey. While undergoing treatment, Jacqueline took 11 and a half months away from work to focus on her health.

She emphasised the importance of gratitude - being thankful for the people who truly mattered, while letting go of relationships that no longer served her.

This time away from work also allowed her to explore new hobbies, spend meaningful time with friends and family, and connect with others at the Breast Cancer Foundation, where she met people who shared the same cancer journey.

Through it all, Jacqueline realised that work does not define who we are.

πŸ’— A gentle reminder to slow down and cherish what truly matters.

Lung cancer doesn’t only affect smokers.
Non-smokers can be at risk too β€” often without obvious symptoms.

If symptoms persist or you have a family history, early screening with a Low-Dose CT (LDCT) scan can help detect lung cancer early, when treatment outcomes are better.

Early detection saves lives.
Stay proactive about your lung health.

🦷 Oral Health Matters During Cancer Treatment

Cancer therapies can cause side effects like dry mouth, sores, and infections β€” making everyday activities like eating and speaking harder. Caring for your mouth early and consistently can ease discomfort and support smoother treatment.

Simple habits such as gentle brushing, flossing before bed, staying hydrated, and regular dental check-ins can make a real difference.
