This marks a significant opportunity for those of you who have worked tirelessly in your respective fields and are now ready to gain formal recognition for your skills and dedication.

As part of this meaningful initiative, there will be two key qualifications open for assessment:
1. Caregiving (Elderly) NC II
2. Health Care Services NC II

These qualifications not only validate your professional competencies but also open doors to better job opportunities and greater career mobility—both locally and overseas. 🌏 A Landmark Moment for Migrant Empowerment in Singapore

We are deeply honored and humbled to share that Care Academy has officially received the Overseas Program Registration for the Caregiving (Elderly) NC II training course—granted by the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA), Philippines.

This recognition was formally issued by Executive Director Janet M. Abasolo of the TESDA Certification Office on 13 April 2025 in Singapore, marking a historic milestone for our institution—and more importantly, a life-changing opportunity for countless migrant workers in Singapore.

At Care Academy, we are dedicated to providing our trainees with the most comprehensive and realistic learning experiences. To achieve this, we’ve recently upgraded our facilities with 8 state-of-the-art motorized surgical beds and 6 advanced training mannequins, elevating our training programs to better prepare caregivers for real-world scenarios. To achieve this, we’ve recently invested in four cutting-edge mannequins from Germany, enhancing our training programs to better prepare caregivers for real-world scenarios. 🏥💪

Why Advanced Equipment Matters in Caregiver Training:
1. Realistic Simulation Training:
• Our motorized surgical beds offer full electric adjustment capabilities, allowing trainees to practice positioning patients with precision and ease. Features include:
• Head, foot, and overall height adjustments to simulate various patient care scenarios.
• Integrated safety features such as side rails and emergency manual cranks, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of patient safety protocols. 
• The advanced mannequins replicate human anatomy, flexible joints, and realistic skin textures, enabling trainees to perform procedures like injections, wound care, CPR, and vital sign monitoring in a controlled, lifelike environment. 
2. Skill Mastery and Confidence Building:
• With access to these advanced tools, caregivers can repeatedly practice essential procedures, refining their techniques without the risk of patient harm.
