While they are common, headaches and migraines 🤕 are often symptoms to signal you to make a change in your lifestyle. Here are some tips to help if you experience headaches and migraines frequently:

1. Remember to take a break, stretch, walk about at least once an hour 🙆
2. Stay hydrated! 💧 Being well hydrated can help to relieve headache caused by mild dehydration.
3. Use hot or cold compress on your head and neck. Remember to protect your skin with a thin towel between you and the hot/cold pack 🧖‍♀️
4. Take preventive or restorative medication that can help ease the pain 💊
5. Start chiropractic care to fix the misalignment in your cervical spine, if it is the cause behind your migraine.
