I believe most of my life I’ve been opposed to following rules, if something does not make sense to me, in many cases I simply ignore the rule, I feel fully capable of using my own judgement and taking responsibility for my choices. I trust myself enough to know they are based on fundamental principles of respect to not cause harm, endangering or disturbance towards others.

However there are golden rules that enhance and expand my life experience and worth following no matter what. These are my 5 top rules to follow.

1. Let go of identity layers. Free yourself and others from how you judge yourself and them based on identity layers. where you live, your diplomas, labels, given titles ownership etc.
2. Practice objective awareness. Allow yourself to feel everything but don’t attach yourself to the feeling, become aware of the feeling because it is telling you something but do not identify yourself with it, simply become aware of it instead. This is the best tip ever, picked from Geeia Ariati my guide and sister.
3. Master vibrational sensations. Become alertly aware to sense the energies in everything. Listen to your body. What is it telling you in every given moment. Do you suddenly feel nausea while in the mall, or how does certain things you eat make you feel. A tune your awareness to the sensations in your body when you meet people and when you make decisions, you will always know what the right thing to do is. Your body knows.
4. Have gratitude for all your experiences. Good, bad and ugly, practice gratitude no matter what. Have gratitude also for the challenges, because they are your biggest teacher.
5. Become unity. Erase diversion by accepting differences, colours, believes, actions. Know that you are it all. Everything around you, plant life, nature, animal life, respect it all. It is you. Respect yourself.

Beloved sisters and brothers.

I’ve been kind of quiet lately. No sharings more than a few silly stories on social media. 🤪

I’ve been shifting my focus onto something completely different. Something I had categorized as very 🛗 3D, hence resisted for a long time.

My desire to accelerate 🏎️ my ascension journey is my #1 priority and sharing my AHA moments of clarity with you is a natural thing to do. To take focus off that, onto something else to create a more functional life for myself felt so hard to do yet proved to be easy, enjoyable and just as important for my soul journey as sharing wisdom with you. ⚡️

As I sit here, I observe it all, The desire to share, the lack of it and the energetic shift ⚡️that is happening within myself because I’m shifting my focus. I find it very interesting, so I ask myself the question; Why do I do what I do?

Where is the drive coming from? Does it come from a place of wanting to be seen or does it come from a pure intention to share the truth? 💁‍♀️

The truth that is coming through for me. That which might not necessarily be the truth for you, for me to be courageous to share it anyway, simply because it comes from a pure heart 💙 with a pure intention in my remembrance of who I am, I also remember who you are and it is my deepest desire that you too experience the fullness and beauty of your soul expression.

It is so beautiful to witness myself in this shifting as I’m learning so much. I see so clearly how I have unconsciously held myself back from so much that my heart desires. My will power, my solar plexus fire 🔥 my drive, my ownership, to take action on something new and different has been shut down for some time. And it is so liberating to step out of the cage that I unconsciously created for myself so I now can expand myself into all my hearts desires.

Life is so gorgeous 🥰, and I am so eternally grateful for everything that is unfolding so Gracefully right now and always!

Cut sweet potatoes, leek, fennel, zucchini i pieces, place in oven tray with olive oil. sprinkle thyme, hot red pepper and salt … grill in over approx 30 min until the leek start to caramelise. Yum yum 🥒🌶️

I love this! Such a simple request. Our habits to always be available, to be on the go, has us entrapped. Physically in one place and mentally somewhere else.

This sign is such a good wakeup call. To not only be present in the moment but to be truly present when you meet your child.

We have been so deeply programmed to not be in the now, to truly see, feel and sense the sweetness in the present moment. And why; because it is in the now the connection happens and the power is in the connection, because the connection is love.

DROPPING THE EGO ⚔️

So much self-inflicted suffering is caused when someone is not able to drop out of ego and pride. Who’s right and who’s wrong? At the end of the day the one holding tighter to the desire to be right is the one that suffers most. It truly is like holding on to burning coal 🔥and expecting the other person to get burnt.

Ego harmonisation is not only crucial to learn, to move beyond old grudges, disputes and disagreements, it is crucial for uniting the world. One cannot live from a heart and mind centred coherence without harmonizing the ego. When I see individuals stuck in “ego’s game” of blaming, finding fault and pointing finger 👆I sometimes have to bite my tongue to not raised a red flag, which would be totally counter-productive to serve a mind stuck in ego’s right and wrong game. It is just one of those aspects of self that needs to be self-realised. 🥰

Any individual who takes their spiritual evolution and their role as a co-creator to a new way of existing in a new world serious truly needs to learn the freeing aspects of ego harmonisation. It starts with each individual and ripples out into society. It is truly liberating and an undisputable part of Unity conscious existence.

So look at every aspect of your life and take a good look at yourself in the mirror and say “Sh*t, I caused this🥴I’m sorry!”

What I do and why!

For the bigger part of my life I didn’t know who I was. How I perceived “me to be” was very much based on how I believed others perceived me to be. When I write that I stop and smile because of the ridiculous contradiction that sentence hold and at the same time I know that is how most of us go through our whole life.

Then many years ago, life brought me deep sorrow and the turmoil of huge changes pushed me to search for me. Search for a deeper meaning and what the mystery of being human in this vast universe really means.

Many teachers from a multitude of cultures from east to west have crossed my path and brought wisdom to my understanding and I feel immense gratitude for their teachings and guidance and jet I´m at a point where the truest wisdom simply comes from within.
