Here are 3 simple ways we bring them into yoga practice (and how you can try them off the mat too

1️⃣ Grounding through the soles of the feet — Feeling your feet on the mat helps anchor you in the here and now.

2️⃣ Compassionate breathing (inspired by Kristin Neff) — In class, we invite slow, kind breaths, reminding ourselves: ‘This is a moment of stress, may I give myself kindness.’

3️⃣ Gentle choice-making, especially when you feel stuck— Every posture is an invitation, never a demand. You always get to choose: pause, adjust, or rest.
