At Bliss Shala, we are committed to creating a safe, nurturing and nonjudgmental environment for you. Trauma-sensitive yoga classes—carefully designed to support healing and self-empowerment within an intimate circle. Our choice-based classes aim to meet you where you are, honouring your needs in small classes (max. 7 pax), so you feel supported and respected as you find inner calm in each practice.
