From Krisa, with deep gratitude ❤️
As we closed the 7-week journey and 2025 together, I find myself pausing and taking in the many layers of what we created as a community.
Trauma-Sensitive Yoga is never about “fixing ourselves” or performing. It is about offering ourselves choices that possibly weren’t allowed before, to hold space from judgement and notice our sensations.
To come home to our bodies in ways that feel safe enough and compassionate enough. 🏡
Each of you stepped into that in your own ways and with that, held space for each other to do the same.
Week by week, I witnessed significant shifts - moments of softening, of reclaiming space in your own bodies, of allowing your emotions to surface and be met with honesty. None of this is small. All of this is brave.
Hearing your reflections touched me deeply. Your words remind me that healing isn’t loud. It’s not always dramatic. Often it looks like simply choosing to show up - exactly as you are and meeting yourselves.
Thank you! For letting me walk alongside you, not as an authority, but as a companion. 🤝
My hope is that we can keep this connection in other ways - be it in present moment message reminders or gatherings.
May what you cultivated here continues to support you long after the program ends and your awareness becomes a resource you can return to.
Your bodies carry wisdom. Your experiences are valid. And you are always the expert of your own healing. 🌱
