Madam Lim has been suffering from pain in her R shoulder for a couple of years, limiting her range of movement over time. She was seen previously by another massage therapist who put her through so much pain😫 she never return. Sports massage doesn't have to be painful, sometimes good tolerable pain is expected. I always work within my client's threshold and manage their expectations in my sessions.
Her daughter brought her to see me for the first session today and by 🌟God's grace we managed to bring her pain level down significantly. Work in progress :)

🌟 Exciting news! 🌟 I'm embarking on a new journey as I shall soon take on the role of a rehabilitation trainer in the near future, alongside my work as a clinical massage therapist. My fitness exposure began at 15, thanks to my big brother, a former track and field athlete, who introduced me to the gym and body anatomy. I loved guiding my friends on basic equipment and body mechanics.

Fast forward two decades, and the idea of becoming a functional or rehab trainer has really taken shape, inspired by some incredible trainers I’ve met along the way. Today marks the beginning of this new chapter, and I can't wait to learn and grow in this field. Here’s to a fitter and stronger me in the new year! 💪✨

Dear friends, in order to manage the rising cost in Singapore, we have come to the decision of a price adjustment after 5 years (and even longer for the loyal clients who have been with me for more than a decade). Existing clients will be kept the same at $80/hr as a form of appreciation while the new rates will apply for new clients from 1st June onwards. We thank you for your unwavering trust and support all these years. We look forward to your continual support.
