Our consultant Bindu Joshi was invited for a discourse on “Healthy lifestyle with Ayurveda” on 5-Oct-2013 at Kampong Chai Chee CC.

In the talk she explained the significance of healthy food according to one’s body constitution, incompatible food, wrong food habits, importance of good sleep habits, and other daily activities which can be followed based on Ayurvedic principles.

Our consultant Bindu Joshi spoke in the Ayurveda portion of IAC Kerala 2019.

The conclave, held during 15-18 February, was the first ever event which is specifically organised by the Government of Kerala for the ultimate showcase of the growth and scientific development of systems of medicines in Kerala.

More than 2000 delegates participated from different parts of the word, and Kerala Ayurveda Centre is honoured to be one of them.

Kerala Ayurveda Centre joined Anchorvale Community Club in celebrating the Pongal festival together with the residents there on 3-Feb-2019.

We had a chat with the Guest of Honour Dr. Lam Pin Min, Senior Minister of State for Health & Transport.

It was a delight to spread awareness of Ayurveda to the residents.

Our consultant Bindu Joshi was one of the speakers for the Annual General Meeting 2016 of The Obstetric & Gynaecology Nurses Chapter in Singapore Nurses Association.

Her presentation was on how Ayurveda fits in the domain of Pre & Post Natal care, which is the specialisation of this chapter.
