π Meaningful Progress in Just One Week π
Some of our learners initially display repetitive movements such as constant head shaking. These behaviours are often a way the brain attempts to regulate sensory input or emotions.
However, when such movements occur very frequently or intensely, they can place strain on the neck muscles, cause fatigue, and make it difficult for the individual to stay focused and engaged in activities. Over time, this may affect participation in learning and daily routines.
Through structured intervention, sensory regulation strategies, and meaningful engagement, we work with each learner to address the underlying triggers behind these behaviours.
We observed a significant reduction in constant head shaking within just one week. As the behaviour reduced, the learner was able to stay calmer, focus longer, and participate more actively in the programme.
This is why structured and professional intervention matters. When the right supports are in place, meaningful progress can happen.
